What I Offer

I offer 55-minute therapy sessions.

I specialize in working with adults of all ages who work tirelessly as loyal and sensitive advocates for others but often are dismissive and disloyal to themselves and their inner experiences.

I support clients in:

  • Noticing and shifting negative patterns of thinking

  • Deepening compassion for self

  • Widening limiting perspectives

  • Learning to lean into resilience and ease

  • Transforming self-defeating habits and beliefs

  • Integrating coping skills that quiet distress and reduce isolation

  • Reconnecting to deeply held values and a sense of purpose

Some of the issues I help adults with include:

  • Learning to be responsible for your own self-care and self-esteem.

  • Knowing how and when to set firm boundaries when in an unhealthy relationship

  • Letting go of blame when a relationship ends

  • Navigating toxic “families”

  • Recognizing when caretaking is less a choice and more of a compulsion

  • Addressing self-sabotaging behaviors ( addiction, procrastination, over-eating)

  • Healing from a betrayal

  • Understanding and healing from root causes of self-neglect

My work is informed by extensive training in:

  • Internal Family Systems Therapy

  • EMDR Therapy

  • Psychodynamic Therapy

  • Trauma-informed Therapy

  • Cognitive-behavioral Therapy
